Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and United States.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Delivery timeframes Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at zak.eve2010@icloud.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
